WANDUGU INITIATIVE FOR CLIMATE ACTION is a community based nonprofit, development Organization dedicated to working with youth, women, Men, People with Special Needs and the communities at large to tackle the problem of Climate Change, Environmental degradation, social Injustice and Poverty to advance sustainable development.

Our Headquarter is located in Arua City in West Nile Sub-region of Uganda.

Wandugu Initiative for Climate Action is a member organization committed to promoting Environmental conservation, Climate Change adaptation and Mitigation and Community Empowerment in “Building Resilient Communities” focusing on three key pillars of “Planet, People and Alliance”.

At WINCA, we recognize that climate change, environmental degradation and people’s livelihoods are closely connected hence sustainability can only be achieved by empowering people through building their inherent capacities and establishing lasting partnerships
